of the park road.
- The direction from page 19 above need more
detail than what was provided.
- Take I-287 North to NJ 23, exit 52b, then go
West (or North) on NJ23.
- Stay on NJ23 for about 34 miles to reach the
High Point State Park Headquarters and Office.
- Take the park road on the right (North).
- Go
to the end of Lake Marcia, on your right about 1 mile, and take a left.
- Go to the end of this road and park on your
right.

The
parking is free after
Labor Day so we'll start the hike from the last parking lot before the
gate at the end of the road.
